As some of you know that billing manager was down which adversely affected our company.
Nobody was able to pay for new orders which resulted in us having to manually process orders like the old days.
Two steps forward, and one step back as they say. Well sort of. It was rough tracing down the issue.
With the help of the software company that developed the system, and Tech Support from cPanel the issue
was traced down, and resolved.
